ABOUT

My name is Ash Louiso (AKA Ashleigh Sullivan) and I’m a multidisciplinary artist who specialises in illustration whilst also dabbling in fine art and animation. Not keen to limit myself, my style and influences are varied and versatile, enabling me to be open to different creative processes.

I work predominantly by hand and often render my work digitally using various software. Experimental with material (for example, playing around with ink, watercolour/acrylic/gouache paints, as well as coloured pencils, felt tips and markers, or digitally using my Wacom Tablet).

I draw inspiration from everyday life, culture, my imagination, street art and architecture, nature, psychology, and social commentary. My second biggest passion is music and this proves an integral source of inspiration towards my creations.

I am about to graduate from BA Hons Illustration at the University of Brighton where I have spent 3 years refining my skills and developing my personal brand as an artist.
